On April 19, about 40 people joined together at Barley's Taproom in the Old City to discuss the preliminary steps for getting chickens legal within city limits. Updates to this meeting can be found at the group Hen Legalization in Knoxville which is by far the Knoxville Permaculture Guild's most active group...and definitely within the shortest amount of time.
