Hi all, I’m thinking of starting a residential food scrap collection/composting program downtown and I have a fair amount of the pieces in place to begin.. I have a business model in place based off of a program started up in Boston, and I think it would work well here too.A big piece that I still need to figure out, however, is a plot of land on which I can do the composting.
