Event Description

The time is ripe- the end is near! Bring yourselves, your family, your neighbors, your friends! We need to see your faces and hear your voices. We are so close to legalizing hens in Knoxville, but the time for a final push in education and recruitment has come.

Please join us at Barley's in the Old City on Sunday, May 23.
We will update everyone and discuss the work we all need to do between now and the vote.

I apologize for the short notice, but because the vote is so near, and we have soooo much to do, we just have to squeeze it in.

Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, I will be out of town this weekend.... But I believe I will be here for the actual City Council vote ... I have been asking around my neighborhood in Karns, but have gotten very little in the way of substantive information, regarding actual rules and so forth ...

Lisa- yes! We can cover all of that at the meeting, please come. If you cannot, I will message you directly.

Bethann- Mark June 15 on your calendar to be at the City Council Meeting and contact Daniel T. Brown and let him know that his constituents support urban hens.

Can someone post details about the proposed ordinance and suggested points or arguments to raise?
